Marine mammal management units in habitat regulations assessments

This position outlines why NRW considers marine mammal management units (MMMUs) to be the most relevant spatial scale to use in HRA screening and assessment for highly mobile marine mammal species features of special areas of conservation (SACs) around Wales.
