Service level agreements for protected species licensing

Our service level agreements for determining certain species licence applications are changing from the 1 April 2021.

Some applications will increase from 30 working days to 40 working days.

Any applications received on or after the 1 April 2021 will be subject to the new determination timescales. You will need to factor this in when applying. 

All other determination periods will remain the same and we will continue to determine applications as quickly as we can.
