Our public register for environmental permitting, water resources and marine licensing allows you to access public information for many waste, water quality and regulated industry environmental permits, water resources licences and marine licences.

The public register contains documents produced by us, and by third parties. Third parties may be organisations we consult or work with, but are usually permit or licence applicants and holders.

As a general rule, a third-party document is any document which was not written or produced by an officer of Natural Resources Wales. In relation to the public register, third-party documents include management systems, operational documents, reports (such as monitoring and analysis information) and so on. They include documents that applicants and permit holder are required to submit to us by law.

Whilst you have certain statutory rights, which include the right to read the information, you are granted no additional use rights whatsoever. You must obtain a licence to make additional use of the information.

All third-party information is supplied ‘as is’ and We exclude all representations, warranties, obligations and liabilities in relation to the Information to the maximum extent permitted by law.
