What are the roles all about?
We have an opportunity for you to join our newly created casework team, supporting up to 5 different Directorates with complex HR issues. As an HR Casework Advisor, you will be assigned cases from the Senior Casework Specialist in the team (rather than providing ‘general’ advice), supporting managers across NRW in relation to how to successfully manage people issues and problems that have arisen.
We also have three opportunities for you to join our HR Team working alongside the HR Business Partner for the Directorate providing advice and guidance to managers and colleagues across a wide range of HR services. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development, implementation, and management of a range of HR policies and initiatives. In the role, you will be responsible for providing front-line day to day operational support, providing coaching and direction to managers and colleagues.
You will work in an advisory capacity, ensuring that managers are making informed decisions and fully understand the benefits, risks and implications of different options available to them. The role is varied and challenging giving you a real opportunity for personal development.
What roles are available?
Locations for all four roles is flexible whilst the salary is between £31,490 - £34,902 (Grade 5). Closing date for all roles is 13 November 2022.
